Yes, you can take Herbalife to lose weight. Herbalife is not a slimming product and is SAFE for pregnant ladies (to maintain weight & improve health) and for breastfeeding mum (to lose weight).
For breastfeeding mums, u must take F1 + F3 to make the shakes. F3 will help on increasing milk production.
For those who just give birth, it is advisable that u follow the maintenance menu for 1 - 3 weeks. Only after that, they can start following the lose weight menu.
For those who are keen on wanting to lose weight, you can breastfeed and at the same time lose weight. Still using F1 + F3 to make the shakes. Coz, if you take F1 while breastfeed, your milk production will decrease. So F3 is quite important for breastfeeding mums.
For teamix, I don't recommend breastfeeding mums to consume teamix, coz teamix contains caffeine. But drinking 1-2 cups of teamix a day won't harm your baby. Just make sure to drink enough water. E.g. Right after drinking 1 cup of teamix, you need to drink 1 cup (or more) plain water. But if you have been taking nescafe, teamix will not harms you. The caffeine in the teamix is considered very low compared to nescafe.
Since teamix plays a major role is helping you lose weight (by burning more calories), if you still want to take teamix, you can make the tea as light as possible. About 1/4 tsp or less and mix it with 400 ml of water.
